Store and Shipping Policies

Microbial Earth Farms offers the following Returns Policy:   Your satisfaction with every purchase is very important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered from us, we will exchange it or credit your account (excluding shipping charges) within 60 days of purchase.  If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee may apply at the discretion of the seller. Shipping charges will not be refunded.   A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned product.

Exceptions:

Probiotics, Bokashi Composters and Kits must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.You are responsible for all costs associated with return of the product to us and we will not pay or reimburse any associated shipping costs.  Microbial Earth Farms accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.  If a product is not returned in the original unopened packaging, it may be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping

Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

Orders for in-stock items will ship within two (2) business days. Orders placed after 4:00pm Central time may not be processed until the next business day.
 
All orders will be shipped via UPS unless USPS is requested. UPS tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you so you can check your shipment status at www.ups.com.
 
For UPS Ground delivery, you can get an estimate of delivery time by visiting the UPS Time-in-Transit map and entering origin zip code 78640.
 
The cut-off times for orders delivered to the Austin area farmer's markets is 4:00 pm Central Time the day prior to the market event.  Supplies may be limited prior to the market event and we will do our best to ensure availablity of your product at the market you request, however, multiple market events may mean that inventory is depleted before we can replenish the market you have chosen.  Please accept our apologies in trying to provide this enhanced service.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% is charged for orders shipped to Texas.

This ensures that your credit card information travels across the Internet securely.

Microbial Earth Farms respects your privacy and therefore will never sell or otherwise distribute any personal information that you have necessarily provided.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service by e-mail then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will also be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
